  • Bryan Corrigan

    Bryan is a talented breeder of livestock who has bred the Rennylea herd since 1968. His unrelenting focus on returns for the commercial producer has produced the unique genetic profile of the Rennylea herd. He is respected for his personal attributes of honesty, and ‘telling it as it is’. The Rennylea herd reflect his dedicated approach over fifty years and in Australia, Rennylea is unique as a seedstock herd that has had a same principle directing the breeding program for a long time. Ruth is now at the helm of the cowherd and breeding program having worked with Bryan for many years.

  • Lucinda Corrigan

    Lucinda joined Rennylea in 1986 from a background in the speciality fibre industry and CEO of a national breed association. Her childhood on a large merino sheep property, first class honours degree in Agricultural Science, then working in agribusiness for a number of years, added depth and experience to the Rennylea team. Lucinda has skills and experience in governance, business management, marketing, research, climate change and innovation through the value chain. At Rennylea she guides finance, marketing, strategy, research and succession.

  • Ruth Corrigan

    Ruth completed a degree in Livestock Science (Hons 1) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture and Climate Change. She worked with the Victorian DPI in lamb and climate change extension. Ruth manages the Rennylea cow herd, the genetics, the reproductive management including large scale embryo transfer and artificial insemination programs and the cows' nutrition. Ruth spent a year with the Northern Australian Pastoral Company at a breeding property “Kynuna”, she competed in the USA with the Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging team and served on the ICMJ committee for 5 years. She has also completed the Rabobank Farm Manager’s program.

  • Anthony Corrigan

    Anthony completed an apprenticeship in Mobile Diesel Mechanics with Rio Tinto and 2 years in the Northern Territory working with the Costello family. Anthony leads the team at Culcairn, the growth of the young bulls and heifers to sale and joining, their nutrition, animal health and wellbeing. Anthony is taking a greater role in the marketing of the bulls and working with clients.

  • Annie Brown

    Annie has worked in the Rennylea office for 15 years. Annie has a background in database management and a fantastic range of additional skills and experience in photography and editing which are invaluable in the production side of catalogues, website management and administration.

  • Sue Govan

    Sue has been a key team member for 20 years. Sue’s experience, working at the Sydney University Camden farm for nine years and then herd recording on their own farm, plus her background in dairy and beef farms gave her unmatched skills in managing the Rennylea database and all the detail that goes with such an important task. Sue has the uncanny ability to demand more of our service providers in a very pleasant way and a formidable reputation for picking up mistakes no one else finds.

  • Claire Scott

    Claire joined Rennylea from a background in farming and vet nursing in Ireland. Becoming an Australian citizen she worked in WA from feedlots to mines and joined Rennylea in early 2020. Claire has great attention to detail and is a keen student of beef production. She is Livestock Manager at ‘Ellerslie Park’ Culcairn, working alongside Anthony to grow out young cattle, prepare and market bulls for sale.

  • Rhys Tapscott

    Rhys came to Rennylea with his young family in 2019 to take on the role as Assistant Manager of the cow herd, working alongside Ruth. He is a qualified electrician and brings a diverse range of skills and experiences from time in the mines and mustering in the north. He is a keen cattleman and has taken to the role, making it his own.
